Food Service
Dining service for all residence hall students and those who purchase meal contracts is available in the Hoke Dining Center, which serves brunch and dinner seven days a week. Dining service is also available on selected holidays. Serving hours will be posted in the residence halls and in the dining center. Flex dollars that are part of each student's meal plan may be spent at Mac's Grill, and at the C3 Convenience Store. Faculty, staff and guests may also purchase meals at the dining center.
Residence hall students may choose from meal plans A (14 meals per week plus $100 per term in flex), B (10 meals per week plus $200 per term in flex), C (7 meals per week plus $250 per term in flex). For more details contact the Resident Life Office.
The contract dining services Market Cafe features Aramark's RFoC (real food on campus) program. RFoC features best culinary practices in a restaurant retail like environment. Presentation cooking, fresh ingredients, Pan Geos world cuisine, fresh grille, traditional home style cuisine, fresh produce market, and Aramark's "good for you" health-conscious selections are features of the program.
Off-campus meal contracts are available for all three meal plans plus special 25, 50 or 75-meal plan blocks designed for commuter students. Contract forms are available in the Residence Life Office. Guests may eat in the Hoke Dining Center. Tickets may be purchased from the checker at the door. Faculty, staff, and students may also purchase declining balance (DB) dollars at volume discounts for purchases at any food service venue.
